All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.

Because our products are personal care and beauty items, they cannot be resold once they leave our hands — for hygiene and safety reasons, this policy applies to all products, including sale items.

Check your order on delivery

Please inspect your order at the door before paying. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, refuse the affected item with the delivery agent and contact us right away.
