Shipping & Cash on Delivery Policy

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the delivery agent in cash when your order arrives — no card or online payment needed. Prices are in [USD / LBP]. Please prepare the exact amount shown in your order confirmation, which includes the delivery fee.

Delivery times start from order confirmation, not order placement.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we'll contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm it before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm within [3] days are cancelled automatically. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout — we can't deliver without reaching you.

Refused or failed deliveries

If an order is refused at the door without a valid reason (damage, wrong item), or delivery fails because we can't reach you, we may require prepayment or decline future COD orders.
